VAL-U-LOK PLUS Connectors
VAL-U-LOK PLUS connectors deliver secure power connections while supporting simpler sourcing and assembly processes. These connectors come with the reliability of terminal position assurance (TPA) devices, without adding more part numbers to your design. Assembly with VAL-U-LOK PLUS connectors is easy, as they feature an embedded TPA that does not require an insertion step, as well as a robust anti-snag latch that prevents wire entanglement.
High Current VAL-U-LOK Connectors
High current VAL-U-LOK connectors were developed to allow manufacturers using 4.2 mm centerline platforms and legacy VAL-U-LOK connector tooling to more easily design for higher power applications. These connectors offer a 13A maximum current rating, as compared to the 9A maximum rating of other VAL-U-LOK connectors, and are compatible with legacy VAL-U-LOK housings and terminal position assurance (TPA) accessories.
Glow Wire / V-0 Housings that Accept TPA Devices
VAL-U-LOK connector housings that accept TPA devices are available in glow wire compatible material that also meets the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Glow wire test is required by IEC/EN 60335-1 and connectors passing this test meet safety requirements of multiple global regions.
