TE Connectivity Announces Record and Payment Dates for Fiscal 2011 Third Quarter Dividend of $0.18

SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, May 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- TE Connectivity Ltd. (NYSE: TEL) today announced that the $0.18 per share quarterly dividend for the third fiscal quarter of 2011 will be payable on June 15, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2011.  The dividend was approved by shareholders at the company's annual general meeting held on March 9, 2011.
