Our FFC termination machine is an electrical-driven, semi-automatic assembly machine that uses different die sets to terminate reel-feed FFC contacts to manually supplied FFC cables. The machine terminates a predefined number of contacts to the supplied cable end and individual wire positions can be skipped during the assembly sequence. FFC termination provides quick change, interchangeable applicators for different products, along with an operator-friendly touch screen capability.

Our latest crimping process enables the position and posture of the NanoMQS terminal to be better controlled during the crimping process to avoid asymmetry. At the same time, the FPC copper foil deformation is reduced during the crimping process thereby achieving the realization of stable crimping quality. This new high-performance tool provides smart vision while complying with international standard and being widely adopted by multiple industries. The new termination semi auto machine monitors crimp height, crimp force, AOI, and provides higher OEE. The parameter visualization provides for friendly HMI allowing for less programming time. You can also program the number of crimping required. Individual conduct positions can be skipped.
