TE´s ERNI portfolio offers a wide variety of connectors for many different electronic applications. Analog or digital signals, data, electrical currents and high power can be reliably transmitted via the various connection solutions, such as round connectors, bus plug-in connectors or industrial connectors.

The products connect I/O modules with central assemblies, plug-in boards with backplanes, terminals, cables with PCBs or PCBs with each other. Thanks to high quality standards and many years of experience in production, the connectors are convincing due to their reliability and performance.

ERNI MicroStac connectors: MicroStac connectors are based on hermaphroditic contact design with identical plugs and mating plugs. The single or double row version offers economical solutions for connector modules with low connecting frequency.

ERNI MicroCon connectors: MicroCon connectors are predestined for demanding applications and offer high performance in an extremely compact design. These are miniaturized double-row Finepitch connectors with a space-saving 0.8 mm grid dimension and available with different numbers of poles from 12 to 100.

ERNI MicroSpeed connectors: With the miniaturized, modular MicroSpeed connector system high transmission rates of up to 25 Gbit/s can be realized thanks to outstanding signal integrity. The space-saving, interference-proof connectors are maximally electromagnetically compatible and safe.

ERNI SMC connectors: The first-class processed, robust SMC connectors with a small grid of 1.27 mm enable compact, safe and reliable connections with a high current rating and outstanding signal integrity. Data rates up to 3 Gbit/s are possible.

ERNI MicroBridge connectors: ERNI MicroBridge cable-to-board connectors are adapted to the high requirements of the automotive industry. Despite the compact design with a 1.27 mm grid the connectors offer high mating reliability and guarantee secure electrical connections.

ERNI MiniBridge connectors: MiniBridge connectors are ideal for space-saving connections thanks to their miniaturized shape in the 1.27 mm grid and offer high mating reliability. The straight and angled male strips can be used with female terminal strips with 90° and 180° cable outlets for high mating flexibility.

ERNI MaxiBridge connectors: The MaxiBridge connector system is ideally suited for space-saving, highly stressed connections such as those found in modern vehicles. The single- and double-row cable connector system has a high current rating of up to 12 A per contact.

ERNI MicroSpeed Power Modules and Power Connectors

ERNI MicroSpeed Power Modules and Power connectors: The complementary range of Power Module connectors and Power Connectors fulfils the need for miniaturized and high-reliability power systems, and offers a large number of options for different applications.

ERNI PowerElements: High currents can be transmitted to PCBs with ERNI PowerElements. They are available for contacting via pressfit technology or SMD solder technology. They enable the wire-to-board supply of high current ratings up to 360 A between PCBs.

ERNI Power Taps: The ERNI Power Taps are designed for PCB mounting via pressfit or dip solder technology and enable the connection of power supply lines with current ratings up to 40 A.
