Michael serves as Senior Principal Architect for TE Connectivity’s Sensors business unit. In this role, Michael is responsible for the sensor technology roadmap for medical applications. In 2019, he became part of the TE family through the acquisition of Silicon Microstructures where he held the role of Vice President of Research & Development. He has been an innovator and leader in the sensory industry for 30 years, working for companies such as ICSensors, Silicon Microstructures and Amphenol Advanced Sensors. He has held the roles in product management and engineering management. Michael has a B.S. in Engineering & Applied Science from Caltech. He also holds five patents for sensors in minimally invasive and respiratory applications.
