Ricardo Garcia is a leader in the TE Sensor Group Industrial and Medical Sensors team,  where he works closely with medical and industrial customers to assist them in improving productivity, performance, and safety, predominantly through the application in minimally invasive, aerospace, and industrial condition monitoring.

He started his career in 2001 as a Product Engineer with Alpha Technics, a leading designer and manufacturer of high precision, medical temperature measurement products and solutions.  As his career progressed there, he also served as U.S. Operations Manager, and Senior Manager overseeing the product portfolio for precision thermometry and temperature sensors in the medical, life science and HVAC industries.

Ricardo joined TE through the company’s acquisition of Alpha Technics in 2019, becoming Global Product Manager for Force and Torque Sensors, and then assuming his current role in 2023.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute – Orange, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California Baptist University.
