A: The operating voltage and current ratings are as follows:

DIFFERENTIATION

Q: What are the benefits of a kit or pigtail assembly vs individual components?

A: With kits and pigtail assemblies, you can skip the step of ordering all the components in the Bill of Materials in each assembly. The connector is pre-assembled as a kit (where cabling will need to be attached) or a pigtail assembly, where cabling is already attached to the pre-assembled connector. This also helps customers avoid high minimum order quantities at the component level, for use in prototyping or low-volume production.

 

Q: What differentiates these products from your existing offerings and your competition?

A: Aside from being available in kits and pigtail cable assemblies, the ICT Charging Inlet features several upgrades over our existing offerings. The cable sizing is larger than other offerings, up to 120mm2. They offer upgraded PT1000 temperature sensors -- one on the AC contacts side, and two on the DC contacts’ side. Furthermore, these connectors are rated at IP67 for water and dust ingress protection, which is higher than commonly found in the industry.
