Our TNC RF connectors are miniature, threaded, and waterproof coaxial connectors that have a frequency range up to 11 GHz and a 50 Ω impedance. A threaded version of the BNC connector, the TNC (Threaded Neill-Concelman) connecter uses a threaded coupling nut for secure mating and has higher frequency performance than the BNC. Its threaded coupling interface ensures the connector will not de-couple when used in high vibration applications. TNC connectors are made of materials that provide excellent durability and reliability, such as brass and stainless steel. These are available in a variety of forms, including straight and right-angle connectors, and bulkhead and panel mount connectors. These offer versatility, being compatible with a variety of coaxial cables like flexible and semi-rigid cables, and these are available in 50 ohm and 75 ohm versions. TNC connectors are used in a range of applications that includes antennas, avionic, industrial, wireless communications, defense, and telecommunications.
