Overview

The 2.5 mm signal double lock (2.5 SDL) connectors are compact single row connectors available in both wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations. The signal double lock connector system consists of plug and cap housings for wire termination, optional double lock plates, crimp contacts and PC board pin headers in both standard and high profile versions.

Product Features

  • Versatile and easy to use, the connector locks in several reliable ways. The plug is able to latch together with either the cap or header. The TPA – terminal position assurance – device helps assure terminals are fully seated to ensure its dependability. 
  • Signal Double Lock plugs are made with several unique material varieties, including Glow Wire.
  • The plug mates with the cap (or header) to form an audible 'click', which reassures users the connectors are secure. 
  • Each connector offers board-mountain headers that are compatible with resin or conformal coatings, multiple colors, and polarizing ribs on plug housing, which will promote efficient connections on the assembly line. 
  • Signal Double Lock offers the choice of V-0 rated material or GWT and V-0 rated material.
