PM: TE’s FORGE drawer power connectors are available in 2 by 2, through 2 by 5 and 1 by 5 configurations to support direct current, alternating current and signal applications. Each position can accommodate a different contact module, providing five contact options ranging from Size 22 signal contacts which support up to 3 Amps per contact, up to Size 0 which support up to 200 Amps per contact.

Each of the 5 contacts types have been used in the market for years, providing a cost effective solution for contact designs which can be customized to meet different application requirements.

PM: The Forge Drawer’s modular design helps reduce costs associated with tooling multiple new housings. It also helps avoid the inefficiency of using larger housings than the application requires, resulting in unpopulated positions and wasted space.
