TE’s high density (HD)+ card edge connector is capable of supporting power supplies up to 3000W. These connectors are designed to enable systems with increasing power requirements in next-generation data centers. HD+ card edge connectors extend the life of power supply units and are designed for next-generation server platforms following the general trend of server architecture.
High-density (HD) Card Edge Power Connectors
The high density (HD) card edge connector provides high current at 24A per contact with low resistance and supports 1500-2000W power supply for data center equipment.
MULTI-BEAM CE Power Connectors
Next-generation MULTI-BEAM Card Edge connectors deliver the best overall power and signal density to address the data communications market requirements in performance, profile, and cost. This is achieved with a 1.00mm signal contact pitch that provides up to 60% space savings and a 7.26mm power contact pitch that provides up to 30% space savings over current products. The exclusive TE design is scalable and modular to support greater flexibility in configuration and printed circuit board (PCB) design, as well as providing higher power per contact up to 43A.
