Ronan Kavanagh has been with TE Connectivity for over 25 years, with roles in Engineering, Product Management, Operations, General Management and Business Development. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from NUI, Galway. He is currently using his experience to provide solutions to improve grid reliability for customers, with a focus in the area of product installation.
Gildas Nédellec is the Product Manager of the overhead connectors portfolio at TE Connectivity. With more than 15 years of experience in product management, Gildas has driven product innovations and contributed to the adaption of the Insulation Piercing Connectors to the specificities of solar applications.
Dr. Frank Drumm is the Senior Director Product Management for Raychem Cable Accessories at TE Connectivity. With over 20 years of experience in both product management and R&D, Frank has driven innovations across both utility and industrial applications. He holds a doctorate in High Voltage Engineering from the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich.
Terri Beaugh came to TE in 2007 as an Area Sales Manager for the Gulf Coast region of NAM. She brings to TE 23 years of experience in utility industry. She is currently a TE Regional Manager covering the Southwest region where she shares her utility best practices knowledge across NAM. Today, she continues to manage the Southwest Region while influencing new product developments for Substation projects.
Carlos has been with TE Connectivity for more than 20 years, in a variety of roles including Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, Sales Manager and Product Manager. He holds the following degrees - Professional in Business Administration at Centro de Negocios de Pontificia Universidad Católica Del Perú - Centrum – Perú. – Double Diploma with Tulane University –Freeman School of Business. Carlos is originally from Peru and now lives and works in the US.
Helio has 16 years of experience in the energy industry, 13 with TE. He graduated from Anhembi Morumbi University as an Electrical Engineer and has a graduate degree from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in Sales and Negotiation Management. Currently he is responsible for technical and commercial service to utilities and energy transmitters in Brazil.
