Joe Richard is a seasoned expert with nearly 20 years in the data center industry, specializing in both OSP (Outside Plant) and white space applications. In his current role, Joe focuses on educating teams, leading initiatives, and developing innovative strategies within TE's Energy vertical. His deep industry knowledge and strategic vision make him a key leader in advancing TE's solutions for the evolving needs of the data center sector.
Alex Czibur has been working in the field since 2000. He started off with splicing fiber optics and maintaining 2 amplifier sites (ILAs) and then pivoted to a field service technician at TE supporting the east coast. Later on, his experience grew and he received several high voltage certifications up to 245kV.
He is now the Field Service Manager for North America where he leads field service solutions with training, supervision, HV installation services and testing services.
Matthew Schuster has been on the TE Renewables Team for nearly five years and holds two patents on new solar products. Matthew brings approximately 11 years of experience in the energy industry and has worked on nearly 14 GW of solar project installations. He also has experience of the telecommunications sector and is a professional athlete. Matthew has a BS in Computer Electronics Engineering and is a talented project manager. He is the primary contact point for owners, developers, and EPCs utilizing TE’s energy solutions during construction.
