How can I register on the website?
From the top of the webpage, click the ‘Login/Register’ link and then the ‘Create an Account’ link. The registration form will be presented. Simply complete the fields. You can also setup your LADD Distribution account on TE.com, or you can call the Customer Care Center at 1-800-223-1236.

I already have a commercial account with LADD Distribution or TE Connectivity. Can my online orders be associated to that account?

Yes, orders placed through the LADD Distribution storefront can be associated with an existing commercial account and benefit from on-account terms. In order to take advantage of this feature, you can sign up for access to our LADD Distribution storefront B2B capabilities. To do so, contact TEICTCustomerService@te.com.

Are there any additional costs involved in ordering through the LADD Distribution storefront?
You are charged at the time of checkout for all relevant costs, including the items purchased, shipping/handling, and estimated sales taxes if applicable. The actual sales tax will be calculated at the time your order is shipped. Your actual sales tax will reflect applicable state and local laws. All costs are processed through the payment method associated with your order.
Can I purchase any TE Connectivity product on the LADD Distribution storefront?
LADD Distribution specializes in products for the Industrial and Commercial Transportation markets. If you would like to buy TE products that are not available on the LADD Distribution portfolio, you can switch to the TE.com store.
Can I order LADD Distribution and TE Connectivity parts at the same time?
Yes, you can order a mix of parts as you prefer. Ultimately, you will proceed to checkout with a single cart.
When I buy a connector, are accessories such as wedge locks or boots included?
No, accessories must be ordered separately, but LADD Distribution’s Customer Service representatives will remind you of the need for accessories such as wedge locks when you order connectors that require them.
Can I order free sample parts?
LADD Distribution offers free engineering samples on select parts, check the product detail page to see if this feature is available.
The LADD Distribution price is different from my company’s contracted price. What are my options?

We will charge your credit card when your order has shipped and send you a confirmation e-mail
What happens after I submit my online order?
We will process your order and then email you the shipping details and order summary. After we ship your order, we will charge your payment method and email you the delivery information, including a link to track your shipment. You can make changes or cancel your order until you receive a shipping confirmation.

Can I track my order after it ships?
After we ship your package, you will receive an email with the order number and a link to track delivery. You can also find links to track your shipment on the Order History page in Your Account or by using our order lookup tool.

What is the LADD Distribution online return policy?
You can return products purchased from LADD Distribution on TE.com, whether due to a discrepancy in the part or for other reasons. To return a product, submit a return request to TE within 30 days of purchase. Returning a product due to a discrepancy in the part will be handled in accordance with the TE Return Policy. If you are returning a product for any other reason, the return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy against TE for any claim for, or arising out of, any Goods tendered to Buyer is the repair or replacement of the Goods, or alternatively, at TE’s sole election, a refund of the purchase price of the Goods.

How do I return an item?
To start a return, submit a return request.

When will I receive the refund for the returned items?
Once we receive your returned items at our fulfillment center, all returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in good condition. After verification, we will issue the refund to the same payment method that was used to place the order on LADD Distribution. The refund will be issued in the amount charged for the parts returned including any tax charged on items. Shipping charges and tax on shipping paid for the order will not be refunded. There may be a restocking fee charged for the returned items.
