Single inline memory module (SIMM) sockets are computer memory expansion holders that connect memory modules to printed circuit boards (PCBs). These are different from dual inline memory modules (DIMM) sockets in that the contacts on a SIMM are redundant on both sides of the module. These SIMM sockets feature single-row pins that connect to the board vertically or at predetermined angles. These are easily inserted or extracted since these are not soldered onto the circuit board, so these can be a good space-saving option. We offer various sizes and numbers of pin slots. Our SIMM sockets are used in PCBs and motherboards.
