The sensor and the extension cable are molded together as one single vulcanized unit to provide a high degree of protection against moisture and water ingress. This design is suitable for harsh environments involving high humidity levels. Configurable options available for resistance and temperature characteristics, electrical tolerances, wire length, and connector type.
