Add an X factor to your production with our X Series of belt heaters. Our XB 17 and XB 19 belt heaters are engineered to deliver high quality results and superb production performance. These compact, conveyor-style machines offer a more reliable, safer and faster alternative to heat guns, providing a controlled process for a wide variety of heat-shrinkable tubing products. Double-sided timing belts on the top and bottom of the processing chamber draw the assemblies through a thermally controlled infrared heat zone and into a fan-cooled zone before depositing them safely into an unloading bin. Labor costs are reduced significantly because once an assembly is loaded, the operator can begin preparing another. The throughput rate is usually limited by the rate at which the operator can load assemblies into the processor.

Adjustable Belt Distance
Available on XB 19 Only
- An adjustable belt distance feature on the XB 19 allows operators to extend the processing range of tubing products from 100 mm up to 160 mm.

- For improved accuracy, XB 17 and XB 19 model belt heaters can be equipped with an easy-to-install automatic centering device (PN 2375330-1).
- Machine stand with wheels for easy machine placement (PN 2375329-1)
