Our ELCON Micro Wire Connectors can provide a high current up to 12.5A per pin in the common industry footprint of 3.0mm. This current density in a compact design is useful for servers, switches, storage devices and testing machines. A standard industry footprint of micro connectors and plug kits allows for easy upgrades to existing designs and makes our headers PCB footprint compatible with other suppliers. Custom cable assemblies help complete our high current portfolio allowing design flexibility.
TE Connectivity's (TE) ELCON Micro M-PIC Wire-to-Board (WtB) connectors provide a flexible power/signal solution to meet a variety of system architectures, including Open Compute Project (OCP) Open Rack v3. ELCON Micro Power Connectors provide durable copper alloy contacts in 2 to 12 pin configurations, providing up to 15A of current per pin and a maximum of 600V max AC or DC. This current density in a compact design is useful for servers, communication switches, network storage devices, and test/measurement applications.
