TE's AMP+ HVP 1100 high-voltage interconnection system is designed for flexibility with a wide range of options for hybrid and electric vehicle device applications. The finger-proof, touch-safe, 1-position, high-current connectors and headers provide an integrated internal HVIL allowing for package size optimization and routing flexibility. The connectors and headers have a current carrying capability up to 300A at 85°C with 70 mm² shielded cable and a cable range of 35 mm² to 95 mm². The connectors also provide a no-lever lock design that optimizes package sizes and offers two-stage unlatching for effective HVIL functionality. AMP+ HVP 1100 high-voltage connectors have a common header footprint for 90-degree and 180-degree mating plugs.
