Our automatic transmission wire has a specially-modified radiation cross-linked fluoropolymer material that provides excellent long-term performance, even when immersed in hot automatic transmission fluid. The internal gearbox wires are often immersed in hot, aggressive transmission fluid, which can rapidly degrade standard polymer insulation. The ATF wire has been approved by U.S.-based OEMs as an automatic transmission wire.
