Regulatory information
E-waste in the US is regulated through a diversity of state specific laws. TE Connectivity monitors the development and implementation of those laws. Currently, there are no TE products in scope of those legislations. In states that have E-waste legislation implemented, the range and type of E-waste accepted under each state's E-waste program varies.
