TE PM: Our portfolio of SFP+ interconnects is designed to support Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and InfiniBand standard applications enabling data transfer speeds of up to 16 Gigabytes per second. TE offers various options in EMI springs, Elastomeric gaskets, light pipes and heat sinks that can support unique customer application needs.
TE PM: The SFP+ portfolio features 20-position surface mount technology as well as cages in multiple configurations. It also uses elastomeric gasket or enhanced EMI springs to address EMI containment at higher data rates. And by using enhanced sidewalls, vertical separators, and a latch plate, the SFP+ achieves improved thermal performance.

TE PM: TE’s SFP+ active and passive direct attached copper cable assembles are compliant with Small Form-Factor Pluggable industry standard signal integrity requirements and are offered in a variety of wire gauges including 24, 26, 28 and 30 AWG.
They are also designed with a pull-to-release retractable pin latch for quick, easy release.

TE PM: SFP+ cages are designed to meet PCI application standards where the most common applications include pluggable adapter cards. And to minimize design time, SFP+ is backwards compatible with standard SFP connectors. Additionally, an augmented latch plate help to reduce EMI up to 12 decibel-milliwatts within a range of 10 to 15 Gigahertz.
