Common Termination (CT)
TE’s AMP CT connector system consists of an extensive product offering and broad industry usage.
Surface Mount Resistors
A surface mount resistor is a tiny rectangular ceramic body with silver conductive edges on either end. They provide the same functionality as the more traditional axially leaded resistors but has a lower power dissipation capacity and oftentimes a lower stray inductance and capacity.
Mini Common Termination (CT)
TE's 1.5mm AMP mini CT connectors are miniature wire-to-board interconnect solutions. They are similar to the standard AMP CT connector series that has proven performance in harness-making capability.
Through-Hole Resistors
A through-hole resistor is a fixed resistor that has long, pliable leads that can be stuck into a breadboard or hand- or wave-soldered into a printed circuit board. A through-hole resistor is used to reduce the flow of electrical current within a circuit. It’s commonly composed of carbon film, metal film, metal oxide film, thick film, or wirewound.
High Performance Interconnect (HPI)
The wire-to-board HPI connector system is available in 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.96mm centerline pitch.
Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC)
TE's flexible printed circuit (FPC) products are available in centerline spacing of 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 1.0mm, and 1.25mm, and incorporate a low profile height and light-weight features.
Flat Flex Cable (FFC)
Our connectors for flat flexible cable (FFC) include a wide variety of high density board-to-board, wire-to-board, and wire-to-wire connectors designed for automated assembly.
Economy Power 2.5
Extended line of versatile Economy Power (EP) wire-to-board connectors is widely used for power circuit applications.
Grace Inertia 2.5
2.5mm pitch Grace Inertia connectors feature advanced design concepts to help eliminate connection issues.
Grace Inertia 3.3
3.3mm pitch Grace Inertia connector employs an inertia locking mechanism for easier, reliable connections.
Micro MATE-N-LOK
Requiring only 4.7mm of vertical height, low profile micro MATE-N-LOK soft-shell connectors fit where others will not.
Signal Double Lock
Compact signal double lock connectors offer secondary locking in wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations.
CoolSplice
Designed to connect a pair of discrete wires, or a twin cord cable in line to a pair of discrete wires or twin cord cables
SLIMSEAL
Low profile, single row connectors developed for indoor and outdoor LED lighting applications.
Releasable Poke In Connectors
TE's low profile SMT, releasable poke-in wire connector accommodates multiple design requirements with 1, 2 and 3 position connector configurations.
Mini Hermaphroditic CONNECTORS
Drive power between adjacent linear LED lighting strip modules with the low profile SMT mini hermaphroditic connector.
AMPMODU SYSTEM 50
The AMPMODU System 50 connector family includes a variety of high density b-to-b and w-to-b connectors. The cable applied receptacles are available in ribbon cable or FFC cable termination.
AMPMODU 50 / 50 GRID
The AMPMODU 50/50 Grid connector family includes a variety of high density B-to-B and W-to-B connectors with a .050 x .050 (1,27mm x 1,27mm) pitch.
Tactile Switches
Tactile switches provide tactile feedback to the user when the switch or button makes contact with the control panel underneath, which is usually a printed circuit board.
DIP and SIP Switches
A DIP switch is a manual electronic package that is composed of a series of tiny switches. It has a rectangular casing and two parallel rows of connecting terminals. A SIP switch is a computer chip package that has a single row of connection pins.
Pushbutton Switches
A pushbutton switch is a non-latching or momentary switch that causes a temporary change of current in an electrical circuit when the button is pressed. A spring returns the switch to its original position immediately afterwards.
Snap Action Switches
A snap action switch is a mechanical switch that sends a rapid transfer of contacts from one position to another. Also known as micro switches, snap action switches can be momentary or maintained contact and come in subminiature, miniature, and standard styles.
