Utilizing dedicated cable preparation tools can help to mitigate the risk of failures due to improper cable preparation procedures.
We understand the importance of listening to existing problems and preventing new ones to come, that is why we are proud to offer the ALROC line of specialized cable preparation tools, which are designed to assist with all aspects of cable preparation, from jacket/sheath removal and semicon scoring, to insulation stripping and chamfering.
The ALROC cable preparation tooling line helps ensure a safe – and repeatable – cable preparation process for low and medium voltage cables.
ALROC is constantly investing in new production methods and innovating technologies, with a long know-how in the metal working, mould design, gravity cast makes of ALROC a recognized specialist in the alloy transformation. Safety and precision are their two principles, which they put into actions on its will to reduce their environmental footprint. For more than 30 years, ALROC has been engineering, designing and manufacturing cable preparation tools and cable fixing solutions to establish the most complete product range covering different areas such as LV cable, MV cable among others.
The ALROC CWF Series multifunction tool enables the user to remove the outer sheath (PE-PVC-PR) with a straight and neat cut, to score the peelable semiconductor with a chamfer on the edge of the semiconductor cutback (with the SRC scoring stylus delivered with the tool).
