Circular Plastic Connectors (CPCs) offer rugged, cost-effective power input and output solutions for devices in harsh environments. These lightweight, all-plastic and metal-shell connectors feature quick connect/disconnect, thread assist, and positive dent coupling for easy installation and maintenance. With polarized designs for proper mating, removable contacts, and a replaceable coupling ring, CPCs are built for reliability and field repairs. Made from heat-resistant, self-extinguishing thermoplastic, these robust connectors come in six series with various mounting options and have IP65 or IP67 sealed protection.

Miniature Circular Plastic Connectors
Designed for wire-to-wire and wire-to-panel applications, these connectors support 1 to 9 positions and use reliable MATE-N-LOK crimp snap-in contacts. IP67 sealing to block dirt and fluids and a 1/4-turn coupling ring for secure alignment ensure quick and dependable connections.
Standard Circular Plastic Connectors
Series 1 - Size 16 contacts
The Standard Density Series supports signals up to 25A and offers 4-37 positions with size 16 multimate pin and socket contacts. It is sealable to IEC IP67, ensuring protection in harsh environments. Available in both standard and UV-resistant sealed versions, it comes in sizes 11-4, 13-7, 13-9, 17-9, 17-14, 17-16, 23-19, 23-24, and 23-37.
Series 2 - Size 20 contacts
The High-Density Series offers up to 7.5A signal support with 8-63 positions and size 20 DF/DM contacts. The smaller contact size enables more circuit positions than Series 1 connectors, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. Available in sizes 11-8, 11-9, 17-28, 23-57, and 23-63.
Series 3 - Power Contacts
Power contacts in this series support up to 47A with 3-7 positions, using Type XII “box” style power contacts. Designed for 16-10 AWG wire, these connectors deliver reliable power transmission in compact sizes. Available in sizes 17-3 and 23-7.
Series 4 – Combination, Size 16 and Power Contacts
Combination standard and power density connectors support signals up to 25A and power up to 47A with 13-22 positions. These connectors can house size 16 multimate contacts and Type XII power contacts in the same housing. Available in sizes 23-13 (8 signal, 5 power), 23-16 (12 signal, 4 power), and 23-22 (20 signal, 2 power).
Series 5 – Power Contacts .125 POWERBAND
Power density connectors in this series support up to 50A and are sealable to IP65 or IP67. With 3 positions, they accept economical POWERBAND stamped and formed contacts capable of carrying up to 50 amps. Available in size 17-3, the one-piece version is rated for IP67 performance, while the two-piece version is rated for IP65. A sealed UV-resistant version is also available.
Series 6 – Combination, Size 16 and .125 POWERBAND Contacts
These combination connectors support signals up to 25A and power up to 50A, with 10 positions. They use size 16 multimate and .125 POWERBAND 50-amp contacts in the same housing. Sealable to IP65 or IP67, they come in sizes 23-16 (12 signal, 4 power) and 17-10 (8 signal, 2 power), with UV-resistant options available.
Circular Plastic Metal-Shell
The circular plastic shell features a thermoplastic insert within a nickel-plated, zinc alloy shell. Available in Series 1-4 configurations, it offers the same contact options as the all-plastic version. An optional "Tetraseal" interface seal provides splash-proof protection between connector metal shells.
MIL-C-5015 STYLE CPC
The MIL-C-5015 style CPC is an all-plastic connector designed to intermate with other manufacturers' metal-shell Mil-C-5015 type connectors. It is compatible with size 20-14 and 18-10 connectors and uses multimate size 16 contacts for reliable power and signal transmission.
