We offer a range of high performance zero halogen and low fire hazard wire and cable. The portfolio meets the key European, Asian, and American Rail standards. The wire meets the key rail standards EN50306 & EN45545-2 and is zero halogen. With the polymer science background we developed light weight thin walled jackets. Reduction in wall thickness and jacket insulation offers significant space savings and provides savings in weight. With our design capabilities, custom designs are available to meet individual customer requirements.
Rail wire and cable portfolio
EN50306 WIRE & CABLE
300 volt signal wire and cable designed for all railway applications requiring thin wall light weight zero halogen jackets. This product range meets the key railway standards EN50306-2 for primary wire & EN50306-3, -4 for cables, this includes the hazard specification EN45545-2 (R15 HL3). All products are released to the EN50306 specification meaning EN marked, rated 300V with white primary wire and black outer jackets, with size range 0.50sqmm to 2.50 sqmm.
RL WIRE & CABLE
600 volt signal wire and cable designed for all railway applications requiring thin wall light weight zero halogen jackets. This product range meets the key railway standards EN50306-2 for primary wire & EN50306-3, -4 for cables, this includes the hazard specification EN45545-2 (R15 HL3). Products meet the requirements of EN50306 but not released to the this specification. This means customer can choose their own cable marking, rated 600V, primary wire can be any colour required, with size range 0.25sqmm to 4.00 sqmm. We can apply to the EN specification or as a customized version (RL). Other sizes & colours available on request.
