Our Raychem APKJ heat shrink joints are designed for unscreened insulating solar cables, from single core to 5 cores, up to 3 kV. With three sizes covering a wide range of cable insulation outer diameter (OD) from 12 mm to 63 mm, these highly shrinkable tubings provide excellent sealing performance. The use of high-sealing performance mastic S1061 ensures reliable protection for solar cable connections.
Easily install our Raychem APKJ joints in the field with a gas torch or hot air. APKJ features high-performance Heat Shrink Medium Wall Insulation Tubing (MWJS) with a continuous temperature rating of up to 105°C (221°F), ensuring outstanding mechanical and electrical performance.
