Board-In Contact for Efficient PCB Designs
Mini AMP-IN board-in terminals are designed for printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturers looking to miniaturize PCB designs while also improving manufacturing efficiency. The contacts provide more flexibility for designing compact PCB systems, as they mount directly to the PCB without a housing, taking up less space than soft shell wire-to-board connectors. They also offer easier, more efficient assembly with a dual lance structure that stabilizes the contacts in the PCB during soldering. Mini AMP-IN terminals are designed for 1.6±0.05mm thick PCBs and support the most common wire and through hole sizes, including 26-12AWG wires and 1.85-3.55mm through holes. Applications include air conditioners, air purifiers, and motors.
