Flexibility Meets Functionality
Our versatile families of multi-lead connectors feature both round and rectangular contact styles, designed to meet a variety of connectivity needs. The round connectors, available in pin and socket configurations, ensure secure and reliable connections for applications requiring robust performance. Meanwhile, our rectangular connectors, offered in blade and receptacle styles, provide efficient space utilization and ease of installation. Whether you’re looking for durability, flexibility, or ease of integration, these connectors deliver exceptional performance in a compact design, making them ideal for diverse industrial and commercial applications.
Soft shell power and signal interconnects provide a reliable and economical means of grouping multiple-lead connections in today's appliance, computer, or industrial and commercial applications. As electrical functions and performance requirements have increased, the soft shell product selection continues to evolve and offer new designs and features to answer these modern industry requirements. This family of connectors includes both round (pin and socket) and rectangular (blade and receptacle) contact styles that are available in a variety of housing sizes, colors, materials and keying options. The newest soft shell products include the Power Triple Lock connectors and Grace Inertia connectors, along with expanded offerings of economy power (EP) connectors and VAL-U-LOK connectors.
Featured Product Lines
Power & Signal Interconnects
-
Power Triple Lock Connectors
6.0mm centerline connectors offer audible latch, TPA and CPA for connection reliability in wire-to-wire, wire-to-panel, and wire-to-board applications.
-
VAL-U-LOK Connectors
The VAL-U-LOK product line features 4.20mm pitch wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and panel mount connectors developed to help achieve manufacturing savings without sacrificing performance.
-
Economy Power (EP) Connectors
The Economy Power product line features wire-to-board connectors for compact power systems requiring a large current carrying capacity. The original Economy Power (EP) connectors are rated for 7.5A and 250VAC, while the more advanced Economy Power II (EP II) connectors support up to 11A and 600VAC on the same standard 3.96mm pitch design.
-
Universal MATE-N-LOK Connectors
Universal MATE-N-LOK connectors are the industry standard power connector for a variety of applications, including appliances, industrial machinery, and building equipment. Robust .250 [6.35mm] pitch connectors with many options and features for design flexibility.
-
Micro MATE-N-LOK Connector System
The 3mm connector system offers customizable wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and panel-mount power connectors. All Micro MATE-N-LOK connectors contain a positive latching mechanism to prevent unmating and have many optional features, including a choice of contact type, material flammability rating, and housing configuration.
-
GRACE INERTIA 2.5 Connectors
The 2.5mm GRACE INERTIA connector features advanced design concepts to facilitate a more stable, reliable, and durable connection. The new design structure also reduces contact insertion force by as much as 59% during assembly.
-
GRACE INERTIA 3.3 Connectors
3.3mm pitch GRACE INERTIA (3.3 GI) connectors are great solutions to help eliminate human error during assembly. The header provides a PCB to contact height of 8mm, which prevents conformal coatings from flowing into the housing. This is particularly advantageous for applications such as washing machines.
-
Power double lock connectors
These connectors are ideal for applications exposed to vibration, including HVAC systems, washing machines, refrigerators, and motors. Key feature of the Power Double Lock connector is the double locking plate that prevents partial mating of contacts. (wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and panel mount systems)
-
2.5mm Signal Double Lock Connectors
Optional features to protect against defects during manufacture and product end-use. These features include a double lock plate to ensure complete mating during assembly, a high-profile header for use on printed circuit boards (PCB) with conformal coatings, and IP67 rated sealed connectors for reliable performance in high humidity and wet environments.
The ideal solution to help save space on a PCB with added reliability through our optional terminal position assistance (TPA) accessories.
