Simplify Assembly for Low Power PCBs
GRACE INERTIA 3.3mm connectors are wire-to-board power solutions engineered to minimize human error during assembly. To reduce assembly errors, they feature an inertia locking mechanism for reliability, lanceless contacts to prevent tangled wires. and color coded and keyed connectors to avoid mis-mating. These connectors are also secured by a dual beam contact design and optional terminal position assurance (TPA) devices. The GRACE INERTIA 3.3mm printed circuit board (PCB) header features an 8mm contact height, which prevents housing leakage during PCB conformal coating processes. These connectors are commonly used in washing machines, air conditioners, and data management.
