What has been your most interesting project to work on at TE?
Developing visions and strategies supported by roadmaps for the business is something I always enjoy. Providing direction and finding solutions to problems the teams encounter is an important part of my role. Ensuring alignment with the business and providing transparency through projects and portfolio communication allows for the team to build trust and collaboration between functions and encourages an empowering workplace culture.
What are the biggest challenges customers face?
Customers seek partners they can rely on to swiftly bring their envisioned products to market with exceptional quality. TE Medical embodies a robust culture of continuous improvement and project management, where quality of execution is ingrained as a mindset within our teams. Additionally, our unique capability to integrate components; metals, polymers, cable assemblies, connectors and catheter subassemblies technologies under one roof enables TE Medical to meet our customer’s requirements for developing bespoke medical devices with a single partner. With our global presence and operational capabilities across multiple regions, we can be the partner of choice for our customers, large or small.

In a rapidly changing world where AI is expected to accelerate innovation, engineers must maintain curiosity and continuously learn from the evolving technology landscape. Drawing inspiration from podcasts, literature, and even observing nature and animal behaviors can deepen our understanding of the world. The key is to recognize that innovation doesn't always require reinventing the wheel; inspiration can emerge from unexpected sources.
