A. POWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
TE Connectivity offers a versatile and efficient Power Management System, featuring a comprehensive range of components including PCB relays, Dynamic Series connectors, AMP Power connectors, HVP connectors, Entrelec DBL Power Distribution Blocks, and Ring Terminals. Our extensive portfolio of power relays provides for efficient and cost-effective current transmission through advanced PCB relays. The Dynamic Series connectors provide robust housing and a high retention force design for reliable connectivity. For high-power applications, AMP Power connectors and HVP connectors are reliable solutions. B. NAVIGATION / SAFETY SYSTEMS
TE Connectivity’s AMPMODU, Micro-MaTch, ERNI MicroCon, ERNI MicroStac, and Micro Stack connectors offer robust and reliable performance in navigation and safety systems. These components are designed to meet the highest standards of durability and reliability, helping your systems operate flawlessly. AMPMODU connectors are engineered to economically meet various packaging and interconnection needs, offering significant space savings with their compact design. Micro-MaTch wire-to-board and board-to-board ribbon cable connectors provide a time-tested reliable connection, suitable for a wide range of applications. MicroCon connectors are well suited for demanding industrial environments, thanks to their secure plugging design. MicroStac connectors offer a dependable solution for high current ratings and low connecting frequency. Additionally, Micro Stack’s two-point contact mechanism ensures stable connectivity, with an asymmetrical contact point adding an extra layer of reliability.
C. DRIVE UNIT / MOTOR | MOTOR & DRIVE SYSTEM (CENTRAL CONTROL UNIT)
The Central Control Unit is the backbone of motor and drive systems, integrating components like Universal MATE-N-LOK Connectors, Circular Plastic Connectors (CPC), industrial resolver, reluctance resolver, and Anisotropic Magneto-Resistive sensors (AMR sensors) to support enhanced performance and reliability. The Universal MATE-N-LOK connector is a cost-effective power connector, featuring an optional splash-resistant seal that can upgrade it to a robust, IP-rated solution for demanding environments. CPC connectors offer quick connect/disconnect capability with thread assist and positive dent coupling, making them well-suited for fast and secure connections. industrial resolvers serve as precise angular accuracy position sensors, providing position and velocity feedback in applications such as servo motors. Reluctance resolvers are designed for the automotive industry, offering standard solutions with high operational temperatures. AMR sensors are highly accurate, contactless magnetic sensors that measure changes in the angle of a magnetic field, ensuring reliable performance.
