TE´s ERNI portfolio offers a wide variety of connectors for many different electronic applications. Analog or digital signals, data, electrical currents, and high power can be reliably transmitted via various connection solutions, such as round connectors, bus plug-in connectors, or industrial connectors.

Offered in jack and plug styles and various plug configurations, RJ45 connectors are specifically designed to terminate Ethernet cables and connect to computers, routers, LANs, and other types of data communications equipment, making them an excellent fit for demanding industrial applications.

At only one-quarter the size of conventional RJ45 plugs, the Industrial Mini I/O connector provides critical space savings on a PCB — space that can now be used more efficiently. A metal latch helps prevent accidental unplugging of a network connection due to shock, vibration, or pulling on cords that can cause expensive downtime in an industrial environment.

Micromotor connectors are rectangular IP67 servo motor connectors combining power and brake into one connector. This combination design allows a more compact and higher protection standard solution with enhanced vibration and shock resistance.

Our M8/M12 cable assembly solutions are M8/M12 circular connectors over-molded to a cord set that safely and reliably helps ensure communication between devices and across networks within an industrial environment.

The HPC Series focuses on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to provide a high safety and reliability solution with one pole 200A/1500V high current connector. Bringing the one-piece molding contact, the HPC 200A Connector provides excellent temperature rise control capability. 

In addition to data transmission via SPE, the M8 Hybrid solution also provides power transmission over a separate wire pair. Data transmission is possible up to 1 Gb/s, and power supply up to 400W. At 10 Mb/s speed transmission distances up to 1,000 meters are possible.

Instead of transmitting Ethernet over two pairs (for Fast Ethernet (100Mb/s)) or four pairs (for Gigabit Ethernet), single-pair Ethernet (SPE) specifies Ethernet transmission over only one pair of copper wires. PoDL (Power over Data Line) enables powering the remote device via the same pair of wires.
