TE complements the portfolio of RJ45 connectors by adding an entry level set of products that can be used together with our discrete magnetics line. The latest jack comply with IEC 60603-7-1 and IEC 60603-7-3 standards, supports industrial temperature range. These connectors support through hole technology (THT) with reflow soldering capabilities.

At only one-quarter the size of conventional RJ45 plugs, the Industrial Mini I/O connector provides critical space savings on a PCB — space that can now be used more efficiently. ECP 40B Series is designed for control in high voltage environments like battery energy storage system, solar inverters, and EV charging applications. It can be used in 1500 VDC voltage systems, and the enhanced insulation distance meets the requirement of UL60947-4-1 and IEC60947-4-1 standards. The contacts provided in this series allows bi-directional load.

The HPC Series focuses on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to provide a high safety and reliability solution with one pole 200A/1500V high current connector. Bringing the one-piece molding contact, the HPC 200A Connector provides excellent temperature rise control capability. 

Compact power terminal blocks covers applications from BESS & EVI, automation to wind turbines, solar energy and switchgears. Connection capacity from 50 to 300 mm², ideal for power distribution and phase identification  as per NEC, IEC and UL guidelines compatible for TS35 din rail or panel mount. Now available in 6 different colors.

The product offers rated currents ranging from 25 to 63 A, supporting up to 600 VAC and VDC. It is available in 2- and 3-wire configurations. Designed for durability, it features ruggedized saturation and thermal behavior. The open construction allows for both forced and convection cooling, while the nanocrystalline core ensures high performance at 10 kHz.

The EMC filter offers rated currents from 10 to 30 A and features a low leakage EMC filter with high-performance options. It includes fixed or hinged terminal covers to protect against unintended contact, enhancing system reliability. Additionally, the tightly packaged EMC filter comes in an industry-standard form factor, making it a reliable and efficient choice for various applications.

A wide mix of harmonic filters, output filters, and LCL filters helps rebuild and maintain the quality of power that meets local and international standards as well as customer requirements.

A wide range of tubular and non-tubular sensors in various diameters (Ø4 – M30) in nickel-plated brass, plastic or stainless steel housings, with PVC /PU cables or M8/M12 connectors and terminal strips for non-tubular models. Namur, NPN, PNP, DC, or AC output types. Capacitive: M12, M18, and M30 sensors in metallic or plastic housings. Magnetic: M12, M18, M30 with Namur, NPN, or PNP outputs and proximity switches for pneumatic cylinders.

A new release with Bluetooth and a mobile app to configure all the parameters is a further step in evolution. Photoelectric: Diffuse, retro-reflective and through-beam tubular plastic or metallic on sizes: M12, M18 and M30; cable or M12 connector. In addition to data transmission via SPE, the M8 Hybrid solution also provides power transmission over a separate wire pair. Data transmission is possible up to 1 Gb/s, and power supply up to 400W. At 10 Mb/s speed transmission distances up to 1,000 meters are possible.

Instead of transmitting Ethernet over two pairs (for Fast Ethernet (100Mb/s)) or four pairs (for Gigabit Ethernet), single-pair Ethernet (SPE) specifies Ethernet transmission over only one pair of copper wires. PoDL (Power over Data Line) enables powering the remote device via the same pair of wires.
