Reliable and Customizable PCB Headers for Secure Connections
Whether you are looking for a straight, single position header or a right angle header with multiple rows and positions, TE offers the solutions you need for PC board connections. Keying options, locking features, color coding, various materials, and more are available. Choose just the features you need for your application. Our connectors feature polarized housing to help prevent incorrect mating, ensuring secure and reliable connections. Designed with protective housings, they enhance safety and provide robust contact protection. The contact insulation supports applications with long life cycles, delivering durability and reliability. Additionally, the compact design optimizes board space, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. For rugged, large-scale systems, select AMPMODU headers offer enhanced performance and durability in demanding environments.
Wire-to-Board Solutions
Economy Power Connectors
Stackable High Current PCB Connectors
The Economy Power (EP) product line offers wire-to-board connectors designed for compact power systems that require high current-carrying capacity. The original EP connectors are rated for 7.5A and 250VAC, while the enhanced Economy Power II (EP II) connectors support up to 11A and 600VAC, all within the same standard 3.96mm pitch design. Featuring a compact, stackable form factor and high current limits, EP and EP II connectors are suitable for both power and signal applications, including household appliances, industrial machinery, and lighting. A secure connection is ensured through an audible locking latch, with optional terminal position assurance (TPA) devices available for added reliability. For higher power requirements, contacts with increased mating force and current ratings are also offered.

GRACE INERTIA Connectors
Error Proof Assembly with Inertia Locking
The GRACE INERTIA connector series is designed for both wire-to-wire and wire-to-board applications, offering a versatile range of connectors with pitches from 1.25mm to 12.4mm and maximum current ratings between 1A and 20A. A key feature of these connectors is the inertia locking mechanism, which securely locks the connector in place once the circuit is completed, enhancing mating reliability and simplifying inspection processes. Additional benefits include lance-less contacts to prevent wire tangling and a variety of color and keyed connector options to minimize assembly errors. GRACE INERTIA connectors are ideal for power and signal applications across industries such as appliances, transportation, and lighting.

RAST Connectors
Connectors Designed to RAST Standards
TE’s RAST connector system offers both crimp and insulation displacement contact (IDC) solutions, designed to meet RAST 2.5 and RAST 5 standards. The RAST IDC connectors—including AMP multifitting, AMP MONO-SHAPE, and AMP DUOPLUG connectors—are optimized for safe and efficient automated production. Meanwhile, RAST crimp connectors—such as RAST 5 standard timer connectors, Positive Lock RAST 5 connectors, and FASTIN-FASTON RAST 5 connectors—are well-suited for manual assembly. RAST-compliant headers are available in both vertical and right-angle configurations. These connectors are widely used in household appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, cooking equipment, and refrigerators.

RAST Connectors
As a technology leader that designs and manufactures products at the heart of electronic connections for the world’s leading industries, TE offers one of the most extensive RAST product series, providing secure and efficient connections.

RAST 2.5 Headers
PCB connector with vertical through hole technology, available with tin or silver plating, external or internal locking. The 2.5 mm-pitch PCB connectors are available in 3 to 15 positions, 1 footprint layout and external and internal locking types.

RAST 5 Headers
PCB connector that meets RAST 5 standard with vertical through hole technology, available with tin or silver plating, external locking. The 5mm-pitch PCB connectors come with two to eight positions and three footprint layouts.

MTA Connectors
Lower Applied Cost with Efficient Assembly
TE's MTA connector system helps reduce labor, lower costs, and streamline assembly processes. Designed for mass termination of wires, MTA connectors simplify assembly and reduce applied costs by eliminating the need for crimping or wire stripping, thanks to their insulation displacement contact (IDC) design. These versatile connectors offer wire feed-through for daisy-chain applications and can accommodate ribbon cables when paired with the proper receptacle assembly and strain relief cover. Available in both right-angle and vertical orientations, MTA board mount headers come in through-hole and surface mount configurations.
