Strategic acquisition expands TE’s capabilities in industrial sensors and automation, strengthens presence in Latin America

GALWAY, Ireland – Sept. 30, 2024 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectors and sensors, has completed the acquisition of Sense Eletrônica Ltda (Sense), a leading manufacturer of factory and process automation sensors in Brazil.

 

The acquisition brings to TE a broad portfolio of inductive and capacitive position sensors, photoelectric sensors, valve automation products, and connectivity solutions for the factory and process automation markets.
